Refund Policy
At Sai Meraki Art Academy, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and workshops. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.
Jewelry & Products
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
If the request has been accepted, the customer has to bare the shipping cost to return the product and receive it again.
Workshops
Workshop fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
If you cannot attend a workshop you registered for, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to transfer your registration to the next available session.

Exceptions
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
